Sitefinity Customer Success Award 2025

Appius has had the privilege of picking up the Progress Sitefinity Customer Success Award 2025, at the annual Partner Awards Ceremony. It’s always an absolute honour to pick up recognition for our hard work, but this one is closest to my heart being part of the Digital Results team here at Appius.

 

This award represents everything we stand for at Appius. As an independent agency, we’re not tied to contracts or corporate best practices. We put our clients (and their clients/customers) at the forefront of every decision we make, with multi-team disciplines taking ownership at every stage of our projects.

 

As a team, we’re proud of every decision we make. Whether it’s delivering better results, better value or generally making your martech stack work harder. Receiving this award from Progress Sitefinity shows exactly how far we’ve come this year, working at the intersection of strategy, technology and real-world outcomes.

It’s not just excellent implementation of Sitefinity, it’s genuine customer success. Something we, as an agency, strive to deliver every day.

Appius has been an official Sitefinity partner since 2007. Our team is built of Sitefinity accredited developers and insight experts, curating digital strategies that enhance user experiences. Sitefinity’s platform allows us to deliver these flexible, scalable and high-performing digital solutions with ease.

 

With over 20 projects under our belt, including public websites, portals and intranets, Progress Sitefinity is helping us achieve the previously impossible. We’re lucky to have such a good relationship with their team. The approach is both collaborative and inspiring – bring on 2026!

The customer success award doesn’t just belong to Appius. It belongs to the organisations we serve. Whilst we’d love to give all of them a shout out, we’ve selected some of our highlights from 2025:

 

Wesleyan Assurance Society

Appius delivered a complete rebuild of the Wesleyan site in Sitefinity DX. The first task was to migrate content from a legacy CMS. Working closely with Sitefinity, Wesleyan’s internal teams and our experts made this feel easy. The outcome was a modern, responsive experience that included enhanced components and intuitive management.

 

Some of our personal project highlights include:

  • seamless CRM integration
  • sophisticated analytics tracking
  • improved content flexibility

Not only did the new site make things easier for internal teams, but it set Wesleyan up for future growth. In fact, earlier this year we won Digital Experience Project of the Month for this work!

 

Family Building Society

Family Building Society operate across two websites – one for the consumer market, and one for their intermediaries audience. Appius helped transform their intermediaries site with user-centric design, personalisation and integrations, vastly improving efficiency and usability for brokers.

 

A key benefit of the new Sitefinity build was reduced reliance on disconnected internal systems and supported real-time analytics to inform ongoing improvements.

 

Supporting the Financial Sector

It’s not just digital experiences we’re building with Progress Sitefinity. Across the Appius team we’re relying on Sitefinity Insights to improve PPC, SEO, UX, internal processes and AI visibility. In the last year alone, we’ve seen some impressive results across clients in the financial services industry:

 

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) due to better analytics and personalisation
  • Reduced Cost Per Conversion in Google Ads due to Sitefinity powered digital experiences
  • 248% uplift in qualified broker traffic to intermediary websites
  • 94% site health score with technical SEO improvements (19% above industry standard)

What’s Next?

We’re days away from 2026 and so excited for the year ahead. Throughout this year we’ve seen faster growth from our clients and technology partners than in any other year in the industry. AI is changing the way we work, enabling our clients to leverage the most meaning and value with the added use of exciting new tools.

 

From personalised journeys based on advanced user data, to agentic AI managing workflows, 2026 is likely to drive digital transformation at every level of business. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this, and excited to continue creating meaningful, results-driven digital experiences with Sitefinity.
