This is an exciting role for anyone wanting to work at the heart of a mature, dynamic digital agency with a 25 year track record and an excellent, ever-growing client portfolio. The right candidate will already have a background in QA or Business Analysis that they’re looking to take to the next level as part of an experienced team of friendly, approachable experts.
As a QA Analyst you’ll be part of the Solutions Team and report to our Solutions Director, Phil. You’ll work alongside our designers, developers, project managers and other QA Analysts to ensure the quality of our work remains high – by building a better understanding of client requirements, helping to plan releases, independently testing new solutions and managing issues through to resolution.
The Solutions Team have responsibility for establishing requirements on the way in (via Functional Specification), persisting and improving understanding of those requirements as we work (via Feature-based release planning and behaviour-driven development) and ensuring conformance with those requirements on the way out (through testing). Our QA Analysts aren’t just testers – they’re key to the whole project lifecycle.
The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar IT or digital agency role and already be based in Bournemouth or the surrounding area.
Apply nowFar too often you get a load of polish and promises at the start of a project that all too often evaporate as time goes on, particularly if the going gets a little tough. But that’s not the case with you guys and I can’t tell you how much all of us involved with this at Teachers Building Society appreciate and respect how you have gone about this from start to finish. What has been achieved and the manner in which it has been delivered is I think a testament to your professionalism, unwavering commitment and the fact that you are just great people to work with.
