We created bespoke trade portal that brought together multiple siloed systems into a single experience for the eye care professional audience. A very deep integration between the Optimizley experience platform and Salesforce CRM plus bespoke My Account created a self-service customer experience that allowed users to place orders, track and trace order status, pay invoices and access sales enablement content.
