We are a 20+ employee independent digital agency, with a growing turnover of over 1.5m last year

We are structured into 3 specialist teams, each led by a highly experienced Head of Competency. The equal balance of Digital Results, Experience & Engagement and Technology enables us to transform every aspect of your digital experience.

Each team member works to an agreed Empowerment Plan, our unique process promoting continuous learning and development. At our size, skill sets are easily duplicated to reduce risk and Heads of Competency can focus on quality across all team work.

Welcome to Appius

I created Appius as an agency in 1998 with a passion for the digital channel and its potential to get results for organisations, and really transform them. Focus on digital results and genuine digital transformation has been part of our DNA right from the start, when I worked with fellow director Greg Pike in my grandparent's loft.

We now have a turnover of over 1.5 million and a broad spectrum over services covering everything digital for a UK and global client base. In spite of this we remain independently owned by a set of owner directors who work 5 days a week in the business with client facing roles. We like to be fully in control of our own destiny, flexible and client focused. In addition to me in my client facing role as Digital Transformation Director, may I introduce to you the full leadership team, below.

Working closer to you

I head up the Digital Results Team here at Appius, and my role is focused on helping our customers to get better results. I work with the team of account managers to truly understand our customers business needs and objectives and turn these into digital strategies designed to increase performance. I also lead the business development side of Appius and I’m always excited to talk any aspect of digital, so if you have a challenge or new idea that you would like to get some input on then please get in touch!
