Are you a proven expert in web development and have an interest in working with Sitecore and other experience platforms in an agency environment? Are you looking to move from a Senior Developer role to become a Team Lead or Head of Development?
Appius has a great opportunity for an experienced Web Developer with proven skills or developing interest in technical architecture, technical documentation, release planning and team resourcing. We are look for the right candidate to manage the team and take over from the current Head of Development who is moving into a Technical Director role.
You will work alongside a team of developers; you will design and build software and modules within our content management systems leveraging Sitecore. You will develop customer portals and integrations with 3rd party solutions, CRM, payment gateway and other RESTful interfaces and bespoke modules, and takeover line management responsibilities and technical ownership from the current Head of Development.
As an Appian Web Developer, you and the team are responsible for the development of the client websites and web-applications, as well as the maintenance and support. You will produce software specifications, plan and prototype and collaborate with internal and external teams across any given project. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle.
We invest in technology partner training with a course plan with Sitecore in the first month worth £2500. We would also welcome the opportunity to allow you to gain certification in a second platform, with a similar additional £2500 investment.
We also have a Pluralsight account for online developer training and skill progression. There is on the job training with our current Head of Development / Technical Director.
