Whilst many of these guys are just as comfortable plugged into their PCs through a USB port talking in binary, we pride ourselves on having hired a talented, normal bunch of developers and taught them how to speak plain English too.

So what do they develop? Well pretty much anything really, whether it's built using Flash ActionScript to get some funky interactions going on or Microsoft .Net to capture and store those precious user details in a SQL contacts database. Skills include .Net (C#), ASP (VBScript) and the rest, admittedly with a focus influenced by being a Microsoft Partner rather than favouring open source.

Hell, if enticed with enough pizza and caffeine, some of them can even walk on water.
