We just can't get enough of usability testing, the thrill of actually sitting a target user down and watching them successfully use a website you have designed is very satisfying. It's obviously more important than this, though, as the process can be used at the start, middle and end of any project and is essential to inform the iterative approach we take to improving results.

We observe your users completing goals in realistic scenarios in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a site, report any barriers preventing the user from fully utilising the site thus providing suggestions for strong redesign and amendments. Once more we can give you fancy footage from the user testing sessions showing the user at the PC, the screen interactions and all sorts - really cool stuff and excellent value for money.
