What is it?
As your web channel grows in importance you may notice a 'marketing gap' between emails sent from on-line form submissions and the targeted campaigns you need to deliver to achieve excellent results. Our 'Targeter' contact management module is intended to bridge this gap. The module allows you to capture contact details at the same time as form submissions, profile these contacts by key characteristics, make management decisions using the data and create contact lists for targeted campaigns.
How does it work?
You can access the system via the web using a username and password. On login the module gives you access to all of your contacts, which can be manually added or deleted as appropriate. Profile information, as captured by your online forms, can be viewed for individual contacts or built into advanced searches giving you access to powerful management information.
Enquiry details from each form submission can be viewed by date, type or listed against an individual contact. This prevents website enquiries from being lost within your organisation as emails, allowing more efficient checking and reporting. The module can be configured to serve as a store of information sent from the website as emails or to hold all information, with an 'email to a colleague' option to let your team pass on the enquires to the right person as they see fit.
What if you want to use the information in a different format or system? The module allows you to print contact and submission information based on various parameters. Any selected information can be exported to .csv file for use in packages such as Microsoft Excel. What if you want to import contact data? The module allows an import of any data you have collated or bought elsewhere, provided you can map the fields to those captured from your on-line forms.
Is this a CRM system?
To some this could be considered to be an eCRM system but in our world the answer is no. This is a web-based contact management module rather than a full CRM system incorporating digital management of sales activity, customer service and marketing campaigns. If a full CRM system is what you need then we also work with partners to deliver enterprise contact management solutions such as Microsoft CRM, integrated with your Internet marketing and Microsoft Office.
