Program Managers

Description:

The core focus of this role is to effectively plan, scope and deliver client projects within the project's constraints (scope, budget, time) in alignment with the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) methodology. Reporting directly to the Head of Program Management The ideal candidate will be provided on the job training to effectively manage the role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own projects from scoping through to a successful delivery
• Deliver projects to scope, budget, and time
• Manage project schedules using MS Project 2003 and MS Project Server
• Provide regular project status reports
• Manage project risks
• Manage project change control
• Facilitate communication and negotiation within the Production Team
• Manage project clients and relationships

Measurable Targets:

• Gross profit target
• Project recovery ratios
• Productive hours managed
• User profiles, user journey and wireframe creation.
• Productive time ratios

Personal Situation:

The ideal candidate will already be based in Bournemouth or will have a very strong reason for already relocating to Bournemouth, such as family living down here.
