Marketing Executive

Description:

Responsibility for co-ordination of Appius marketing, provision of sales collateral and relationships with marketing partners. The role will also be fundamental to the standardisation of offerings and sales collateral to support sales by the Client Services team and via marketing agency partners. The ideal candidate is likely to have at least 3 years experience of marketing and sales support, in particular, direct marketing or marketing within the IT sector will be valuable. The role requires somebody that is motivated by the idea of being an evangelist for Appius and our offerings. The right person will be self motivated, passionate and positive and able to deliver consistently high performance.

Responsibilities to include:

• Co-ordinating Appius email marketing, PR and direct mailing campaigns
• Quality and integrity of Appius marketing database
• Marketing and co-ordinating the Appius Web Results Workshop programme, covering both existing clients and prospects
• Maintenance of website content, including gathering of client testimonials and case studies
• Creation and co-ordination of general sales collateral, including datasheets and demos
• Creation of standardised proposal templates for typical projects and specific offerings
• Preparation of knowledge documents for the In The Know campaign and website section
• Identification and conversion of potential marketing partners
• Identification of appropriate forums to allow Appius to raise awareness of marketing / I.T. managers within the target customer base e.g. DMA, including arrangement of guest speaker opportunities for Appius specialists
• Ongoing retention of marketing partner relationships via provision of dual branded sales materials, setup of knowledge workshops for partner account managers / partner clients & prospects
• Proposal responses and sales support for specific marketing partner opportunities

Personal Situation:

The ideal candidate will already be based in Bournemouth or will have a very strong reason for already relocating to Bournemouth, such as family living down here.
