Client Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To win new business opportunities through engaging current clients with ideas that fulfil their business, personal and creative requirements
  • To manage client expectations and project scope and act as customer advocate on projects, gathering client requirements and priorities
  • Approach business generation as a team based, ideas driven, learning process
  • To identify new offerings and opportunities
  • Build successful relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Managing contacts database
  • Understand client requirements
  • Account Management
  • Account Planning
  • Customer objectives capture and solutions response supported by Client Services team
  • Identify, analyse and recommend new business opportunities
  • Achievement / overachievement of new business sales targets
  • Complete tenders, close deals; negotiate contracts
  • Basic mathematical for statistical analysis and costing exercises
  • Very good organisation and IT based project management
  • Proposal writing including specification documents
  • Significant sales management experience desirable
  • Proven experience in achieving targets and bringing in new business
  • Ability to quickly interpret campaign results and take action to turn leads into results

Personal Situation:

The ideal candidate will already be based in Bournemouth or will have a very strong reason for already relocating to Bournemouth, such as family living down here.
