Dusty Win - Appius dirt buggy team day

August 2005

Our latest team day took place at Parley Court Farm near Hurn Airport . The team solved various brain teasers and team tasks with the day culminating in a two-team dirt buggy race. Success was based as much on the work of the pit team as the driver's skill in negotiating a dusty track at high speed.

Team development is an integral aspect of the Appius culture; quarterly team days help us maintain teamwork and motivation. These events consist of team building activities and adventures mixed with personal and company development workshops.
