Appius selected by West Yorkshire PTE to conduct user testing sessions

Appius were pleased to complete user testing sessions for our newest client in the transport sector West Yorkshire PTE. The sessions were conducted over a two day period in their main headquarters with a selection of customers representing their target markets.

We conducted a series of tests with each participant designed to review the websites navigation, site structure, functionality and overall brand perception before and after using the website. The majority of the tests were task based, centring around 8 - 10 realistic scenario's, and the results, as always, were eye opening!

Armed with this, our team of experts have made detailed recommendations for enhancements to the site, refocusing pages on the user's keys goals, and suggesting navigational changes to ensure that West Yorkshire PTE's customers have the best user experience possible.
