Our clients want to know what you like and don't like about websites and how they can improve them to delight you and help you achieve your aims.

Damian Rees, Appius Head of User Experience; said, "We have invested in a mobile user testing lab to complement the hired lab option previously available to us. With the help of a laptop, camera and integrated video editing software we can capture and edit clips of user screen activity, spoken comments and body language. This allows us to be even more flexible, fast- moving and cost-effective in our approach to usability testing and also to capture user's behaviour in context such as at home where appropriate."
