Appius wins Maybourne contract

Appius is excited to announce the recent win of Maybourne Hotel Group, taking over agency responsibilities integrating different booking and data systems, syncing data from different services through Ektron CMS, providing multiple sites to cover all the hotels.

With a relationship spanning a decade, Appius trusts Ektron as an easy-to-use application allowing both developers and non-technical users to have full flexibility. Such out-of-the-box functionality continues to enhance Maybourne’s current system with a focus on logging, monitoring and alerting.

Appius is also responsible for stabilising and securing the current system following a security report.

Special focus has been on customer service and user experience via error pages, communicating different ways of contacting Maybourne Hotel Group if for any reason the customer faces problems.

Appius is also providing Maybourne with ongoing support for the website content editors, marketing and IT teams, aiming to fix any issue within 24 hours.
